Fresh from Fresco
Caprese sendvic iz Fresco-a = Zakon.
Fresco je pizza+espresso mesto na platou kod Filozofskog fakulteta. Otvorila ga je Grand Pleasure ekipa. To znaci da cete tamo popiti ozbiljno dobru kaficu, s tim sto u Fresco-u ovde nema izvoljevanja, pa sojino mleko nije opcija kao u GP kafeterijama.
Fresco ima vajb mesta koje bi moglo da preraste u neki odrziv mini lanac, dobro, jednostavno osmisljen, sa ocigledno dobrim menadzmentom koji zna sta radi. Uzmimo, na primer, moj sendvic. Prvo, imaju te neke svoje ciabattice koje su tople i sveze, napravljene od tog nekog somunastog testa sa nekim truncicama, zacinima. Preseku ciabattu na pola, sprinkluju solju, drizlle maslinovog ulja, yum. Onda ide red tankih slajsova mocarele, red tankih krugova paradajza i dobra sveza crisp zelena salata. Tutne se na kratko u pec. Done and done.

Caprese sandwich from Fresco RULES.
Fresco is pizza+espresso place near Belgrade's Faculty of Philosophy. It was opened by local Grand Pleasure chain of cafeterias team. This means that you'll get a proper cup of coffee there, however, in Fresco, there are no special wishes, soy milk is not an option like in GP coffee shops.
Fresco has the vibe of a place which could grow into a sustainable mini chain. Simply anticipated, with obviously good management knowing what they're doing. Let's take, for example, my sandwich and make it a spokesdish for the place. First, they have some kind of their own little ciabattas which are warm and fresh, made out of some kind of flatbready dough with some bits, spices. They cut this ciabatta in half, sprinkle of salt, drizzle of olive oil, yum. Then comes a layer of thin mozzarella slices, layer of thin tomato circles and good, fresh, crisp green salad. Put it in the oven for a sec. Done and done.
