I WONDER when will the new movie by Pedro Almodovar come to Belgrade? If ever...

He's popular here, I certainly hope we'll see the movie. One way or another. If you know what I mean. I remember when we watched his Habla Con Ella, sitting in a row way too close to the screen, turning our heads left and right like we've come to the tennis match and not the movies. Nevertheless, I was so thrilled. Like a child watching fireworks. All that heavy gut feeling, everything colorful and wrapped into picturesque scenery, actors and costumes. I can't wait to watch Broken Embraces. That is Los Abrazos Rotos. Sounds so much more right, more powerful, indigo, bruised and deep red.
