We♥Science!

Sve zabavno, duhovito, sareno i logicno i jednostavno.

Najpre, Here Comes Science, disk grupe They Might Be Giants, one koja je 1990 pevala pesmu Istanbul (Not Constantinople), teksta takodje obrazovnog karaktera, koji vam moze pomoci ako u Milioneru budete imali pitanje Kako se nekada zvao Njujork? (Even old New York was once New Amsterdam. I dalje, omiljeni deo: Why they changed it I can't say, People just liked it better that way). Nego, genijalni obrazovni spot za pesmu Meet the Elements sam vam vec prikazala, ovog puta samo still, sve designed by Feel Good Anyway.

Ovaj desktop ce i odrasli voleti na svom desktopu, take me for example.

Here comes, uzivajte kao dete:

........................................................................................
Today's kids can enjoy their little asses of studying. It seems that our generations, tortured with boring classes, took matters into our hands.

Unimaginable space abstraction, chemical elements packed into straight table and shy funny human body, are now revived in illustrations and animations, moved around and designed for you to wish to go back to junior classes of elementary school. All fun, funny, colorful and logical and simple. Supporting learning by heart with understanding. In my classical and true school-systematic spirit, here I gather a few of my favorite examples in the field of modernizing the science classes for the little ones.

First of all, Here Comes Science from They Might Be Giants, the band that, back in 1990 sang that Istanbul (Not Constantinople) song, lyrics also of educational character, which can help you if in “Who wants to be a Millionaire” you get the question How was New York once called? (They sond says: Even old New York was once New Amsterdam. And more, favorite part: Why they changed it I can't say, People just liked it better that way). But, the ingenious educational video for Meet the Elements number I already showed, this time only style, all designed by Feel Good Anyway.

And then, speaking of elements, we have a simply too sweet Periodic table which Anneka Tran illustrated in a way so that the each element is described with an item known to all of us, and made out of this particular element. And then the space too, in which the planets of the Solar System are floating in a line, each described by its main characteristics in illustration. Adults will also love this desktop on their desktops, take me for example. In her flickr stream, you'll also find this desktop on light background, and each of the planets individually.

And in the end, from Mickey and Johnny's workshop just recently emerged the jingle for Dutch popular science for children show Het Klokhuis (Apple Core). Here only their older hit trick clip The Seed, which was actually ordered as Adobe CS4 software package promo movie. Here comes, enjoy as a child: see clip
