Krishtof!


KRISHTOF JE DIVAN restoran u u selu Predoslje, delu Kranja (koji ZAISTA ovako izgleda), jedno od onih na koje ne moze tek tako da se nabasa. Tamo se ide po preporuci ili vas vode prijatelji. Svaka namirnica od koje se jela tamo spremaju pazljivo je odabrana, potencira se lokalno, organski gajeno.

Dobijamo vodu u bokalu sa nekoliko grana mente, kuver snova. Posle salata od lagano grilovanog kozijeg sira sa listicima tartufa pa sve to na divnom mekusnom mladom spanacu i posuto klicama. Za kraj filei brancina sa umakom od spanaca i pateom od crnih maslina. Polovina malog narandzastog cherry tomato-a, crna maslina i na vrhu listic zalfije.

KRISTOF IS A MARVELOUS restaurant in a village called Predoslje in Kranj municipality (and it REALLY looks like this), one of those places you can't just bump into. You go there by recommendation or your friends will take you. Every single ingredient used for lovely meals at Kristof's is carefully picked, locally, organically grown.

For start, we got a jug of water with lots of mint and dream starters. After that lovely salad with slightly grilled goat cheese with thinly sliced truffles all laid on tender spinach and sprouts sprinkled. And finally sea bass filet on spinach sauce and black olives pate. One half of an orange cherry tomato, one black olive and a sage leaf to finish it up.
