Logos I ♥: Ford

NAPRAVILA SE KRITICNA MASA meni omiljenih logoa koji imaju rucno pisanu osnovu.

Prvi je Ford. Morao je biti. Pre neki dan mi se ukazao i treci istaknuti beogradski primerak, ovaj dupli sa duplom registracijom. Za mene je to dovoljno dobar znak ^ _ ^

Prosecni zenski stav o automobilima (prvo sam htela da kazem "o kolima", tako tipicno...) podrazumeva da je nekakvo sredstvo za jednostavnije dolazenje od tacke A do tacke B. Ne mnogo vise od toga. Ipak, kada na moru iznajmite automobilcic specificno se vezete za njega, prosli ste sito i reseto. Fordovi generalno imaju taj pristupacan i ozbiljan ton, odmah ga nekako negujete, taman koliko mu treba ali ne previse, grcevito, pacenicki. Cenite ga i ne gnjavite. Nije on od te ulickane fele.

I sam njegov logo sa tim nekim cudnim krivinama i petljicama na F i r, ima neku starinsku tezinu, iskustvo i tradiciju. Dodali su mu nedavno sjaj i zaobljenost na teget ovalu, taman toliko da i dalje bude up-to-date.

THERE'S A SOLID AMOUNT of logo's with the handwritten base that I love.

The first one to note would have to be Ford. A few days ago I bumped into the third exquisite specimen wandering through the streets of Belgrade, the one with the double logo and double 419 on the licence. A sign good enough for me ^ _ ^

An average female oppinion on cars considers details and the key fact that that's an easy and relatively comfortable way to get from place to place. Not much more. Nevertheless, if you rent a car taking you here and there on you summer holiday, you'll most surely get attached to it, you've been through thick and thin. That's the thing with Ford cars in general. They are strangely approachable and yet serious, you have the urge to take good care of it, not in a geeky strangling way. You respect it and do not badger. Ford is not that glowy glossy shiny preppy stiff kind.

The logo itself, with all the lovely and strange curves and those knots on F and r, has a specific old fashioned solidity, experience and tradition. They polished it recently, adding a simple shine to a navy oval, making it up to date. It's just right. As it has always been.
