Restaurant Review: SAFARI BAR

Dakle, prvo klik ovde, otvorite muziku u novom tabu ili prozoru, a onda sledi txt:

ABOUT:
Ovo zapravo nije Restaurant Review jer Safari bar nije Restaurant.

Jamb, karte, novine... Uzivancija.

SERVICE:
Self Service.

.........................................................................................
Last nights concert that Croatian band JINX gave to the Belgrade audience reminded me of getting back to Rovinj from Premantura, Istria, Croatia. And there at Premantura, rt Kamenjak, there is a place called Safari bar. So, first things first, click here and open in another tab, and then continue looking and reading.

ABOUT:
This is not actually Restaurant Review since Safari bar is not actually a Restaurant. More of a bar. Snack bar. Something to snack there. Basic and just right when you need a hideout and a break from the harsh midday sun or heading home from the sunset beach.

I'm not quite sure where this place is actually located at rt Kamenjak, I think we navigated to it thanks to our friends' haiku instruction text message. Anyway, you'll know you've found it when you see this strange towering creation. And then, you dive into this thicket like getting suddenly into some kind of a hippie commune without that nasty dirty part. Yamb, playing card, newspapers... Chillin'.

SERVICE:
Self Service. Some kind of a hut like a trailer parked on this spot ages before and grew into thick weeds. That's not how it is, it's only the feel.

FOOD:
I cannot remember what the options were but I know for sure that the only option for me were these plain fried calamari. A slice of lemon, a few olives and a silly piece of plain white bread. I haven't had that since... I can't remember. I think that I haven't had these tender, fine, tasty, soft, fresh, perfect squid ever in my life, and I've had them in loads. You know how it is when you're set to a good mood and you let it carry you wherever. It can't go wrong.

DESIGN:
A perfect concept little place. Plain, rugged, smartly cultivated so it looks totally uncultivated and you still have no problem walking here and there in your flip flops. A couple of crazy kids toys make a scattered playground. Basic waste separation bins wrapped in the thatch roll. And some metaphysics glued to a piece of plywood that act as a tray for your special order. And all that on out double dolphin shaped tables chasing each others tails.
